Order and Shipping Confirmation: After placing your Tease order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This is just to let you know we've received your order and are getting it ready for shipment. Once it's on the way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with all the juicy details, including your tracking number, courier partner, and estimated arrival date. Can't find the email? Check your spam folder, sometimes they sneak in there!

Processing Time & Shipping Schedule: We understand you're eager to start playing Tease, so we aim to process your order within 1-2 business days. Remember, this processing time is separate from the shipping time, so the total time before you can start teasing is processing plus shipping time, which is up to 12 days.

We ship orders on business days (Monday to Friday), so if you order over the weekend or during a public holiday, we'll get onto it first thing the next business day.

Handling and Care: At Tease, we care about quality and make sure your game arrives in perfect condition. But, sometimes things get a bit bumpy during transit, and packages can be damaged by our courier partners.

If your package looks like it's had a rough journey, please snap some photos of the packaging and get in touch with the courier immediately to report it. Then, shoot those photos over to us at and we'll leap into action to help sort it out. While we can't control the courier's handling once the package leaves our hands, we're here to assist with any issues.
